Greetings meat lovers.
As you no doubt have noticed, there was no burger entry last week, nor will there be one this week (I think).
In the interest of my cholesterol level and what people keep referring to as a “spare tire” (it’s just a natural reaction to cold weather! I swear!), burger reviews are on hiatus.
But don’t fret! I will be back after in the New Year, ready to stuff my face stupid with meat and buns (and fries).
And as a special treat, here’s a sneak peek at what we have in store for ya: Weird Food Wednesdays. Every week, this intrepid gustatory explorer (and his far-from-intrepid victim cohort) will introduce you to things you had no idea people ate in this city… Or anywhere else for that matter. Crickets, scorpion, poutine, spam, whatever. If there’s a history of people eating it, we’ll be trying it.
