So I moved to Hollywood in September of last year. In that time, I noticed a building-in-construction sit idly by for a long, long time, slowly but clearly degrading. And then suddenly it was a giant Transformers billboard for what must have been several more months.
It wasn’t until just a few months ago that the building at Sunset and Vine finally began to show signs of life, with windows starting to go up.
But as Defamer pointed out Wednesday (and Curbed picked up on)… is the damned thing leaning?
Check the links out and decide for yourself. Personally I think it’s looked like some sorry-ass rusting Soviet-block thing since I first laid eyes on it…
