Lately while I have been flipping channels in search of something to watch on television, I’ve come across a certain trailer for a film I really don’t have a particular interest in, except for one small detail: the laughing shark. The movie, “Strange Wilderness” is about two animal fans who go to the Andes in search of Bigfoot to help resuscitate a low rated wilderness show. The movie does not appeal to me at all, because I’m a big believer in getting my bang for my buck at the movies and this one just looks like it’s a lot of cheap laughs and not a lot of content, but that shark. That shark!
I can be in the worst mood ever and watching this 30 second clip brings such joy and laughter to my life. I don’t know what it is about humanizing animals that is so genius, but it works. Those eyes, those sharp teeth, that Muppet laugh. I think I’m going to watch it again now.

Me too! I don’t get why it’s so funny…but I can watch it over and over again and keep laughing…
