Like tea but wish you knew more about it? Well you’re in luck!
LAWineTasting is breaking from their tradition by offering a tea tasting next week! You’ll learn how to recognize the different aromas, how to classify them and then identify the different aroma families.
You’ll also get to blind taste-test 6 different types of tea, as wel as learn about their origins, method of production and proper brewing techniques.
You’ll be enjoying some Yin Zhen Silver Needles, Sencha, Wen Shan Pouchong, Dong Ding Oolong, Sikkim Temi and Pu Erh tea.
Tickets are $35, but attendance is capped off at 25 people, and they’re only doing prepaid tix (no tickets the day of).
