If you’re like me, then you hate HIV/AIDS. Also, if you’re like me, you love to eat. Well here’s your chance to combine a happy belly with a happy conscience: Dine Out LA.
The one-day event consists of restaurants donating 20% (or more) of their day’s proceeds to Aid for AIDS - an organization that helps prevent homelessness and hunger for individuals or families affected by HIV/AIDS.
On top of that, they’re doing a giveaway - the grand prize(s) of which are two nights at the Loews in Santa Monica, or in Coronado Bay… And that includes full spa treatments, too! But the only way to enter is to fill out an envelope at a participating restaurant, or mail it directly to Aid for AIDS.
Restaurants all over town are participating, so you really have no excuse. In fact, check out the list of participating restaurants.
So do your part and go dine out! Breakfast, lunch and dinner!
