Entrees range in price from $13-$21 each.
Whist at the Viceroy (1819 Ocean Ave, Santa Monica, 310.260.7511) Maybe your mom is more of a sophisticate who likes the finer things in life? Catch a cabana by the pool at this swanky Santa Monica hotel. $55 prixe fixe brunch.
Across the street you’ll find Ocean & Vine at the Loews hotel (1700 Ocean Ave, Santa Monica, 310.576.3180) serving up a Mother’s Day champagne brunch complete with interactive buffet stations including sushi and made-to-order omelets. $79 per person, $40 for children 12 and under.
The Queen Mary, (1126 Queen’s Highway, Long Beach, 562.499.1606) long known for its weekly Sunday champagne brunch is stepping it up for Mother’s Day this year, offering 14 different buffet tables, including Asian, Mexican and pasta stations. Service begins at 9am and continues till 3pm. Adults are $59, children 5 â 11 are $12 and children under 5 are free. If you can’t make it there by 3pm, the other restaurants on the boat, Sir Winston’s, Chelsea and Tibbies also have special Mother’s Day menus.
