Despite this crummy weather we’re having (Helloooooooooo? Summer weather? Where aaaaaare you?), this is memorial day weekend, and it just wouldn’t be the same without the American staple of the outdoor barbecue.
Well the dandy folks over at Serious Eats (or rather their sub-site A Hamburger Today) have some compiled some essential burger grilling info for us this weekend:
