Last night, MTV aired it’s annual Movie Awards. You know the drill; celebrities thanking each other and crediting higher powers for allowing them to take home golden popcorn. You’ve know you’ve seen it, don’t even feign indifference. I totally saw you. This year’s fun fest was hosted by Mike Myers and boasted memorable appearances by actors such as Ben Stiller and Robert Downey Jr., as well as an almost naked Rainn Wilson (Dwight Schrute) Here are some award highlights:
- Best Female Performance ~ Ellen Page for Juno.
- Best Male Performance ~ Will Smith for I Am Legend.
- Best Comedic Performance ~ Johnny Depp for Pirates of the Carribean: At World’s End.
- Best Villain ~ Johnny Depp for Sweeney Todd.
- Best Movie ~ Transformers (Michael Bay).
Congrats to all the winners. I’m glad Johnny Depp won a couple of times. They should just give him everything always. He deserves golden popcorn. He should take Michael Bay’s.
