- Grigori Frid’s THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK | June 4th and June 5th | Performance 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM; Pre-performance lecture at 7:00 PM | Tickets $15-$95, Students $15, Discounts provided for Educators, Seniors and Groups at Box Office only | Located at Sinai Temple Parking Structure - Map | Well you’re sure to leave this feel more knowledgeable and probably depressed. But it’s worth it! This production was a critical and popular success and is back for two days because of audience demand. Well worth you’re time if you’re up for a good cry.
Writing
- Anansi Writers Workshop at The World Stage | June 4th - Repeats every Wednesday | 7:30 PM - 10:30 PM | Located at The World Stage - Map | $5 Donation asked, but no one will be turned down | I know. It’s scary to have people read your writing. But it helps, a LOT. Even if you’re not ready to read your work, being around others and talking about your writing may be a great way to start. There is a new works critique session (7:30-8:30p), a featured reader (8:30-9p), & a “no b.s.” open mic (9:05p until).
Massage
- Baby Massage Class | June 4th - Repeats every Wednesday | Check here for class times and schedules | $69 Introductory Offer Includes: 1 Signature Baby Massage, Class, 1/2 hour Massage or Facial, and 1/2 hour Infant Supervision | Located at Baby Spa - Map | Baby massages? WHAT!? OK. If anyone goes to this, you have to write in and tell me about it. Apparently it helps heighten mental awareness, growth, and bonding. I guess I get that, but do you really need classes? I think this is insane, but apparently it’s the new craze and who am I to say otherwise.
Fitness
- Rock n’ Roll Pilates | June 4th - Repeats every Wednesday | 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM | Heartbeat House - Map | $15 for your first class | Looking for something new to get you in shape for summer? Try Rock n’ Roll pilates. Same burn as always, just a little more interesting to listen to. And you get to practice your head banging skills!
