After that last unbearably hot week, there’s no denying that summer is here.
Last week, the LA Times put together a handy little camping BBQ guide, but this week they’ve taken things one step further by providing the essential basics of proper grilling.
I mean let’s face it, we’ve all had our hastily-planned BBQs where we slap down a couple frozen patties, a couple Kosher franks and maybe slathered some Hunt’s BBQ sauce on some ribs, but it’s actually quite easy to really kick things up without much more muss or fuss.
Aside from the general technique and tips, they’ve also got a few mouth-wateringly tantalizing recipes that I know I myself will be trying before this season’s over (how can anyone possibly refuse something called “naked ribs“?).
