It’s annoying, and it’s also illegal, dangerous, narcissistic, and IMO uncreative. That sort of stunt can lead to traffic accidents, so he isn’t just endangering his own safety. That sort of freeway traffic snarl, leaking onto side streets, winds up, at best, inconveniencing and frustrating a lot of people.
