1. The Shopaholic Sample Sale will feature samples and overstock inventory from “T Luxury, Leonard Street, Mynx, For Joseph, Jenny Hann, T Bags, Subtle Tones, Karen Zambos, Hale Bob, and more” (bargainsla). All is discounted 50 % off or more. I am a huge fan of Subtle Tones. There’s a boutique on Montana Avenue filled with lovely linens and silks, as well as beautiful home decor - for instance, sparkly chandeliers I’d buy for my house if I won the lottery. No, but seriously, there’s some nice and affordable stuff too: for instance, the black silk poof-y dress I got for $40 at the Montana Avenue Sidewalk Sale. Yes, $40. Proof that not all on Montana is outrageous, and proof that this sale won’t be either.

2. My favorite sale of all times: Monica’s Boutique Super Blow Out Sale. It is absolutely super. Everything in the entire store is slashed 50% off. By everything, this means not sale rack-y or past season items, but the actual inventory that’s their store regularly. This includes unique pairs of Citizens of Humanity and True Religion jeans, C & C tank tops, Hard Tail pants (again, not the same ‘ole ones, but styles you might not find elsewhere), Tarina Tarantino jewelry, and Hanky Panky undies. These are just a few of the things I’ve seen in the past. No guarantees what exact items will be at the Manhattan Beach store (I shop at the store on Broxton Ave. in Westwood), but I assure you they will be good.
Hurry, though, because once things are gone, they’re gone. And women flock this sale! Unfortunately for me, I sprinted over to the Westwood Monica’s yesterday, in hopes of filling my wardrobe for the next year with the greatly discounted clothes, but I learned the sale was at the other location. Woops. The Westwood store already had their sale in June. I should’ve known two sales in one season was too good to be true.)
For those who haven’t experienced the glory of a Monica’s sale, don’t make my mistake and drive to Westwood - head to Manhattan beach immediately!
