- NY Magazine asked Diddy what sport he would win gold in; his answer will surprise you. Just kidding. He said, “Who could have sex the longest. I think that’s an event I can do well in. And probably who could stay up the longest. Just so you know, that’s supposed to be funny. Even though I am serious.” Oh, Diddy, you never disappoint. This is better than when he described in detail exactly how he grooms his privates. That boy is just so self-conscious. And shy.
- Britney sits down with OK Magazine for a real live interview, y’all! It’s been a year since Britney ran away from an interview by the same magazine but this year she lasted the whole interview, with her dad, Jaime, by her side. She talks about her career, her kids and her little sister. “I was shocked a little bit,” says Brit. “She’s always been the baby, and now the baby was having a baby. It was mind-boggling.” Well, I guess that explains everything. She was mind-boggled. That issue of OK hits newsstands tomorrow. You should get it and read it while you’re on the elliptical machine at your gym. That’s the only socially acceptable place to read OK Magazine. Plus, you burn calories.
- Carrie Underwood says Tony Romo still calls her. Like, no freakin’ way! Does Jessica know? In Allure’s September issue, Carrie tells the mag, “We were both small-town people doing very big things, and we relied on each other, dealing with fame,” she says of Romo. “I don’t know. The phone will ring and it’ll be him, and I’ll maybe not answer.” Well played, Underwood. Very coy. Now Jessica will just have to fake another pregnancy or wear another meat-eater shirt. That’ll get her.
- Paris is getting sued. Worldwide Entertainment Group, the distributor of her film National Lampoon’s Pledge This!, is suing her ass for not promoting their film like she said she would in her, contract. It’s called, um, breach of contract, Paris! Yeah! Ms. Hilton is being asked to pay $75,000 in damages for failing to provide “reasonable promotion and publicity” for the movie. It sounds a bit like sour grapes because the movie went straight to DVD and no amount of promotion could have possibly saved it but Paris Hilton being sued is always good for a laugh, so there you go.
- America’s Next Top Model will showcase its first transgender contestant. Isis, a 22 year old receptionist from Maryland, spoke to Us Weekly, identifying herself as “a woman born physically male.” GLAAD president Neil Giuliano said, “We applaud Tyra Banks and The CW for making this historic visibility of transgender people possible.” I think it’s cool but I am suspicious of Tyra’s motives. She could give a toss about historic visibility. This is about TyTy, baby. But, you know I’m watching it!

That’s so rad. I’m thrilled at the exposure, but to be honest, this will be the first legitimate time that Tyra will not be able to veer attention to herself when critiquing Isis’ work. She can’t work in “when I was born a male” anywhere! Well done!
