It’s been a banner week for good ole’ Michael Lohan. A banner week! Can anyone shut this dude up? Earlier in the week, Lindsay’s Pa let everyone know how he felt about her gal pal Samantha Ronson. Completely unprovoked by Ronson, Mr. Lohan said, “People never even knew who Samantha Ronson was until she met Lindsay. She was just some L.A. DJ.” (Dlisted) Nice, huh? Then, after the unfortunate news broke that his father passed away, Michael Ronson did what any Celebri-Dumbass worth their title would do. He contacted the media to complain about yet another member of his family. Here’s what he had to say to OK! Magazine: “My father just, literally, died in my arms. I notified all my kids and my lawyer notified Dina’s attorney. Let’s see if she has the decency and respect to bring my kids to the wake and funeral.” There’s more. He goes on to say, “THIS will show her true colors! Thus, not even a call. But that’s par for the course with Dina! She didn’t even send a card or visit when he was sick.”
Way to go, Mr. Lohan. Slam your fragile daughter’s girlfriend and mother in a matter of days. I know the man’s in mourning but come on! But, he wasn’t finished. When he realized that both Samantha and Lindsay had responded to his Samantha-dis with blogs on their respective Myspace pages, he attacked again, this time getting even more personal. He went running to the media again, this time ABC news. Here’s his statement:
“Who’s out of control? Whose life is out of control? Give me a break. Going from place to place, being dragged around by Samantha so she can make more money off of Lindsay being there when she spins.
She’s gone from making $7 million to less than a million a movie. Who’s out of control? I go to church. I go and help people in rehab. That’s control. How can she say I’m out of control? I want Lindsay to be in a good place. When I started looking at what Samantha was doing, dragging Lindsay to clubs, drinking around Lindsay .Samantha is one of the biggest problems in her life.That’s what Dina told me. I’m reacting on what Dina said, but then Dina steps out of the picture because she wants to look like the good guy. Dina’s a two-face. She wants to try to look good and stay on Lindsay’s good side instead of being a good parent. I don’t give two hoots about my relationship with Lindsay as a friend. One day she’s going to turn around to me and tell me, ‘Daddy, you were right?”
Can someone get this man a spray collar? They make totally humane ones that spray citronella. It won’t hurt him, just startle him enough to shut up. It’s for his own good.
Congratulations, Michael Lohan, you have just gotten more attention for yourself and won the honor of Celebri-Dumbass of the Week! Yay you!
