This is just too good to be true. Pam Anderson and Michael Jackson are reportedly dating. Maybe Pam spent Labor Day weekend watching 80 hours of 80’s videos on VH1, like I did. That’s enough to cloud any person’s judgement and to make you nostalgic for the Michael Jackson of yesteryear. You know, the one with light-up footsteps and cool dance moves. The one who could soothe gangsters with a mere pelvic thrust, eliminating the need for a violent brawl and making the gang members from Central Casting just want to dance! Yeah, that guy. He’s crush-worthy, right?
But, it was today’s Michael Jackson that Pamela Anderson reportedly met up with for a couple of dates. According to The Daily Mirror, Pam and Jacko met up at Shutters in Santa Monica for a little drinky-drink. “They were very chatty. Pamela was being her usual flirty self and Michael seemed to be responding. They are such a strange couple but they seemed to really hit it off,” the witness said. The couple allegedly went out a second time, this time for coffee, where they talked about their children. Do you think it’s a love connection? I think some dude made this up. Seems like something you’d lie about after your fifth Labor Day sake-bomb to me. Someone’s out there leaning over the water cooler bragging about how a reporter actually believed his story. Just kidding. No one talks over water coolers anymore. It’s probably his Facebook update.
