The beauty of art is that it is always changing and more often than not, pushing boundaries. People have argued and will argue about what is art and what is trash. Only time will tell what is and what isn’t art, and chances are you won’t be around to know. Art is merely a perception of the moment. What is controversial one day is prude the next. Graffiti is one of the more “controversial” art forms of our day. Is it art or is it destruction? That’s your call, but it’s leading us into the future of art. More often than not, some of the greatest thinkers, experimentalists, and inventors have been artists.
